Joe Graci

Joe has a wealth of business leadership experience driving business portfolios ranging from $50 to $300M. He has held strategic roles in business development, sales channel management, vendor management, product marketing, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Interwork, Joe spent 6 years at Ingram Micro, most recently responsible for starting the Wireless and Mobility Division from the ground up and securing a series of exclusive business partnerships and first-to-market opportunities with leading mobile device manufacturers and major wireless carriers. Joe also led the Networking Technology division at Ingram Micro, as well as spending over 10 years driving the electronic payment business and delivery channels at Scotiabank. Joe holds an Executive MBA from Athabasca University, and a Marketing Degree from York University, Toronto. He is also committed to the development and education of special needs children through his role on the Board of Directors at Silver Creek Centre for Early Learning & Development.

Carlos Rodrigues – VP of Sales & Service

Carlos leads our North American field sales and account management team in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving partner enablement programs, and accelerating growth for all partners. Carlos is passionate about building and empowering high-performance sales teams that consistently provide customers and vendors with the highest standard of service, value, and expertise. Carlos joined Interwork in 2006 and previously held the positions of Director, Inside Sales/Sales Operations—where he implemented numerous operational enhancements—and Channel Maintenance Manager—where he was instrumental in increasing partner renewals to world-class levels. Currently based in Ottawa, Carlos has a Business Degree from Laurentian University’s Algoma University College. When he isn’t knee deep in the sales cycle, you’ll find Carlos on the lake after the next big catch.

Anthony Lipschitz – Chairman

Anthony Lipschitz

Anthony is an entrepreneur, passionate business builder and leader. He is a Senior Executive with a proven track record of successfully raising venture capital and creating value for shareholders and team members alike. He is currently a Partner at Firepower Capital, where he leads the Private Equity division. Previously he was the Chief Strategy Officer at Thinking Capital, a PE backed FinTech company and Canada’s leading alternative small business lender. Prior to joining Thinking Capital he led StubHub, eBay’s ticketing marketplace, as their Canada Country Manager. He led their successful expansion into Canada, achieving growth rates of over 100% in two years, becoming the clear market leader. He was also a member of their International Leadership Team working on global expansion. Previously, he was the CEO and co-founder of iStopOver, a venture capital backed innovative short-term vacation rental marketplace which was acquired by Prior to that he was the Vice President of Business Development at Brightspark, and early stage Venture Capital firm. Anthony is a startup Mentor and Advisor with an extensive local and international network of contacts, having lived in and built businesses in South Africa, New York and Toronto. He graduated from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York, which he attended on a Full Soccer & Athletics Scholarship.
