Carlos Rodrigues


Carlos leads our North American field sales and account management team in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving partner enablement programs, and accelerating growth for all partners.

Carlos is passionate about building and empowering high-performance sales teams that consistently provide customers and vendors with the highest standard of service, value, and expertise. Carlos joined Interwork in 2006 and previously held the positions of Director, Inside Sales/Sales Operations—where he implemented numerous operational enhancements—and Channel Maintenance Manager—where he was instrumental in increasing partner renewals to world-class levels.

Currently based in Ottawa, Carlos has a Business Degree from Laurentian University’s Algoma University College. When he isn’t knee deep in the sales cycle, you’ll find Carlos on the lake after the next big catch.
