Richard Earle – CEO
Richard has served as Chairman and CEO of Interwork Technologies Inc. since 1999. He also serves as CEO of Sea Change Corporation, Sea Change Ventures Inc., UM Labs Ltd., B2B2C Inc., and Complections College of Makeup Art & Design. Prior to joining Sea Change, Richard was CEO of Avec Technologies Inc., a leading supplier of library automation systems. Richard graduated from McGill University in Montreal with an Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering and resides in the Toronto area.
Joe Graci – President & GM
Joe has a wealth of business leadership experience driving business portfolios ranging from $50 to $300M. He has held strategic roles in business development, sales channel management, vendor management, product marketing, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Interwork, Joe spent 6 years at Ingram Micro, most recently responsible for starting the Wireless and Mobility Division from the ground up and securing a series of exclusive business partnerships and first-to-market opportunities with leading mobile device manufacturers and major wireless carriers. Joe also led the Networking Technology division at Ingram Micro, as well as spending over 10 years driving the electronic payment business and delivery channels at Scotiabank. Joe holds an Executive MBA from Athabasca University, and a Marketing Degree from York University, Toronto. He is also committed to the development and education of special needs children through his role on the Board of Directors at Silver Creek Centre for Early Learning & Development.
Peter Noble – VP of Finance & Operations
Peter joined Interwork as Vice President of Finance in September 2007, bringing a wealth of experience specifically in centralizing accounting, acquisition integration, and corporate treasury management. At Interwork Peter oversees finance, human resources, and operations. Prior to joining Interwork, Peter worked with Metal Supermarkets Corporation, Unisource Canada and CIL Inc. When he isn’t crunching the numbers, Peter enjoys coaching youth soccer. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, Montreal, and lives in the Toronto area.
Carlos Rodrigues – VP of Sales & Service
Carlos oversees North American sales and service operations for Interwork’s complete vendor line of IT security, business collaboration, and information management solutions. In this role, Carlos leads the North American field sales and account management team, paying particular attention to delivering exceptional client experiences, driving partner enablement programs, and accelerating growth for all partners. Since joining Interwork Technologies in 2006, Carlos held several positions, most recently as head of Development and Management for Interwork’s licensing group where he was instrumental in increasing partner renewals to world-class levels. Currently based in Ottawa, Carlos studied business and marketing at Algoma University, Sault Ste Marie. When he isn’t knee deep in the sales cycle, you’ll find Carlos on the lake after the next big catch.
Simona Hiutin – Marketing Leader
Simona has joined the Interwork team to lead North American marketing initiatives. In her role she will advance the expansion of Interwork’s marketing platform while driving partner enablement programs and accelerating partner growth through collaborative marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Interwork, Simona worked at Rogers Communications and Bell Canada leading various marketing campaigns that increased brand awareness, created successful partnership programs, and accelerated the growth of new product launches. She is a team player who enjoys building relationships and working cross functionally in an organization. Simona holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science degree from York University, Toronto. She is committed to serving the community and is involved in various volunteer initiatives to help underdeveloped communities.
