General Summary:

Interwork Technologies Inc. is seeking a Credit and AR Manager to join our Toronto team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall Accounts Receivable and Collections management activities, oversees process development and implementation to ensure effective Receivables and Credit management.


  • Evaluate credit data and potential customers’ financial statements
  • Prepare and monitor cash forecast
  • Provide timely updates on collection activity via AR reports
  • Cash application of customer payments and conduct bank deposits
  • Respond to client requests for account information
  • Maintain corporate objectives with respect to DSO
  • Identify high risk accounts and take appropriate action
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries or outstanding issues
  • Responsible for month-end bank reconciliations
  • Customer master file maintenance
  • Collections – call and email past due customers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • University business or accounting degree
  • 5+ years of accounts receivable collection management experience
  • Full cycle accounts receivable experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Accpac is an asset
